Day 155 - Hand Off

Aunt Amy H. came over tonight to babysit. I was a little apprehensive at first, but as the night went on I found myself having a great time. Hanging out with her sure beats watching reruns of That 70’s Show and browsing through iTunes with Daddy. She played puppets and read books to me all night long. The last book Daddy read to me was Doyle Brunson’s Super System 2: A Course In Power Poker. Chapter 4 is about knowing when to fold ‘em.

Day 154 - The Crying Game

I knew this was coming. Daddy said that he is finally going to let me cry myself to sleep tonight. I think he might be more upset about it than me, but quite honestly I sort of doubt it.

Day 153 - So Sorry!

I really can’t help it, I’m addicted to my pacifier. Look where it usually lands when I spit it out! How in the world am I supposed to reach it all the way on top of my head. And even if I could reach it, my motor skills haven’t developed enough for me to place it back in my mouth. If I could sleep through the night without it, I would - promise! Please don’t make me.

Day 152 - Depleted

Today Amma, Dave Rice & Aunt Ashley all stopped by to visit me but you’d never know it because Daddy used up the camera battery taking silly pictures of silly people watching that fake Bon Jovi concert last night. By the time he got it charged, it was just the two of us staring at each other. I think Daddy’s batteries were a little depleted today as well.

Day 151 - Uncle Nugget’s Night Out

Daddy and I played blocks, rings and other things until it was time for Uncle Nugget’s Happy Birthday Celebration at Rusan’s. Mommy and I stayed home because of her bad cough, which meant that I didn’t get to go to the after-party.
